Your accommodations
A map with the hotel's location and a route planner for your trip can be found on the detail page under The Hotels. Parking spaces are available close by at most of the hotels.
*There is no guarantee that free parking is available, all parking is subject to availability.
*Unfortunately we cannot offer free parking at the Petul Apart Hotel City Premium.
Bar:
In the Hotel An der Zeche (Distelkamp 1, 45141 Essen) we offer various beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and other drinks at our round bar.Monday to Friday, all day on weekends and holidays.
Check-in:
The Rezeption desk in the hotel An der Zeche is open around the clock. In the Apart Hotels you can check in at so-called check-in points with individual telephone accompaniment 24 hours a day. Here's how it works ...

For safety reasons we ask you to ring the bell at the door of the Apart Hotels when you arrive for the first time. You will be greeted personally be us on the intercom.

Please indicate your name and booking number and we will open the door for you and tell you how to reach the check-in point. Pick up the phone at the check-in point and we will help you through the check-in process.

We will give you a release code. Enter the code and take your room card. The card is valid for your room or apartment and for the front door. Simply hold it 10 cm away from the contact point and step inside!

To complete your check-in, we will collect some oersonal data and give you some important information for your stay. Do you still have some questions? Then go ahead and ask ... we can be reached 24-hours a day by phone!
Check-out:
We ask you to vacate your room or apartment for our housekeeping team on your departure day by 11 am. Simply leave the key inside and close the door behind you – done!
The use of the spa shower is at your own risk. Please regard the directions in your room.
Dining:
Thanks to the kitchenette in the apart hotels, shopping facilities nearby and diverse restaurants in the area, you can enjoy complete culinary freedom.
Bicycle rentals:
We will be happy to help you. Price: € 9 per day. You will need a deposit or a credit card to rent a bicycle.
Breakfast:
Enjoy our abundant breakfast buffet in Hotel An der Zeche (Distelkamp 1, Essen). We offer fresh rolls, various fruits, milch products, cereals and cold cuts and cheeses every day in our bright and friendly lobby.
Monday to Friday 6:30am -10:00am, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays 7:30am -11:00am. Price: € 9 per person, Children 6 years and under are free, Children from 7 to 12 years cost € 4.75.
We will be happy to provide you with details about the best way to reach the most important conventions from our hotels. You will never have far to go: You can reach the convention center in Essen withing 10 min and the convention center in Bochen within 18 min. The convention centers in Düsseldorf and Dortmund can be reached within 30 min.. Train stations and airports can also be reached conveniently and quickly.

Our reception desk in the Petul Hotel An der Zeche (Distelkamp 1, 45141 Essen) is staffed 24-hours/day and accessible by telephone from every hotel. Here, all of your questions, comments, problems or complaints will be received and happily processed. You can also obtain schedules for public transportation, current traffiv information and tips for restaurants and leisure activities.

The housekeeping team is on-site from Monday to Friday from 9:00am, Saturday from 10:00am and Sunday and holidays from 11:00 for 2 to three hours every day.
Internet & Telephone:
You will find the access data for the free WIFI in your room/apartment or at the reception desk. All phone calls within the local landline netword are free of charge. Calls that would incur charges are blocked.
*The Petul Apart Hotel Ernestine does not offer free calls within the landline network.
There is a charge of € 30.00 for the loss of a room key (stick or card)
Rooms:
All of our rooms are no-smoking rooms. Failure to observe this rule will result in a cleaning fee of € 50.00. If you activate the smoke detector, we will have to charge you for the fire department services.
Tip: Some of our hotels have a private balconies for smokers. Please indicate when you are booking your room that you would like a smoking balcony.
